how does the glass mount ? Does the glass need to be pre drilled?

The glass mounts using two 1.125” holes per talon. Yes the glass needs to be pre-drilled.

what are the dimensions of this product? Also how big is the base flange

If by width, you mean thickness, then yes 12-13.52mm is the thickness supported by these talons. If you mean panel length, then we recommend two talons for every four feet of glass. If you have more specific questions about a custom project, feel free to call us and ask for the glass team.
