For this larger deck project, the homeowners wanted an extremely strong and durable modern railing solution that didn’t compromise the waterproofing or deck tiling throughout the project. The design specifically incorporated a blocked out fascia board, to which the posts would mount. This project uses Side Mounted Posts that create a 42″ tall cable railing system. Each post is constructed from aircraft grade aluminum and is powder coated with a durable Fluoropolymer Speedboat Silver finish. The long lines and corners of the deck edges go perfectly with the vertical lines and single post corners that the Side Mounted Posts present. As always, the cable railing provides a clean, unobstructed view.
