Product Description

Marion Newels have urn-shaped designs and other stylized parts that give them an overall look of exceptional quality. Because the 4470 Long Block 3 1/4″ Newel has extra material at its top block, it is ideal as an intermediate newel on a stair landing. It’s also frequently used as a second-floor landing newel.  This Marion Newel is 3 ¼” wide and is available with any of our four tops: mushroom, teardrop, ball, and acorn. With the 4470 Long Block 3 1/4″ Newel, you’ll get an intermediate newel that adds a stately appearance to your railing.

Mounting & Finishing Information

Turned Newels mount on a stair, landing tread, or floor using the Sure-Tite System. Finished Turned Newels will be coated with a Pre-catalyzed Lacquer to protect them against natural oils on skin.
