Product Description
Level Quarter Turns are attached to both ends of the handrail. Use handrail brackets to attach to the wall.
The proper manufacturing process for this part calls for some color and grain variation between the handrail piece and the level quarter turn pieces on the ends (view additional images on the left for example).
6710 Prestige Handrail is 2 5/8” at its widest point & 2 3/4” at its tallest point. The 6710 profile is elegantly detailed. The proportions are perfect and it looks superb in any home.
Rarely, in some species joints will be necessary in longer handrails. Joints are always done with color and grain match as the priority.

The total length is stated 3′. The pic is a little confusing. Is the quarterturn in the middle at 1.5′? Thanks!
The picture is just showing one end of the handrail. This handrail is designed to be wall mounted, and the level quarter turn will mount flush to the wall. So, from end to end the handrail is 3 feet long, but on both ends there are level quarter turns that stick out approximately 4-6 inches (so that you can trim them down to mount flush to your wall).
I hope that answers your question, please let us know if you need anything else.
Using the 6710 level quarter turn handrailat a length of 19′ 6″ with finish fc17230 will there be a joint other than the level quarter turn
Hi Tom,
That depends on the wood species, but due to the length you’re looking at, it is likely that another joint will be present. When we need to have a joint, we use scarf joints. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
