Product Description

The Skirtboard stair part which is also called stair stringer connects the stair tread to the riser and is an integral part to any long lasting stairway creation. This product is good on one face, sanded and ready to be cut to fit. Skirtboards are typically edge glued with color and grain matched woods. Edge glued products resist warp and cup. Our Skirtboards come in a standard thickness of 3/4″, if you need a custom thickness or length call and ask to speak to one of our stair specialists.

We strive to send you the exact lengths that you order, however on some items like skirtboard we reserve the right to send you shorter sections that equal the same number of linear feet (this is industry standard on this item). If for some reason that doesn’t work in your application let us know, and we will do everything we can to manufacture your order.
